This California Privacy Notice supplements the JD BioWorks Privacy Policy for California residents.

Information We Collect and Use

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect identifiers and contact details; account and organization information; commercial, cart, order, shipping, and support records; internet or device activity; cookie and preference data; fraud-prevention information; and inferences reasonably related to account, security, and service operation. We use this information to operate the site, manage accounts, communicate, support transactions, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve services.

Sale and Sharing

JD BioWorks does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this notice and provide any required opt-out method before the change applies.

California Rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request information about collection, use, disclosure, and retention; request access, correction, or deletion; and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. An authorized agent may submit a request when legally permitted.

Submitting a Request

Email support@jdbioworks.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the request. We will use information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority and will not request more than needed. If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason and any available appeal or complaint option.
