Purchase Pattern Monitoring
JD BioWorks monitors purchase patterns to identify suspicious or unusual order activity before fulfillment. Automated screening records a result on every order and flags patterns involving order frequency, unusually high order value or unit quantity, repeated quantities of one product, recent failed or cancelled orders, and missing required organization information.
Flagged orders are referred for manual review and may be held, cancelled, refunded, or require additional purchaser or organization verification. This merchant review supplements the payment provider’s fraud and account-validation controls.
