Research Institution Purchasing Policy

Effective July 14, 2026

Universities, colleges, government laboratories, private laboratories, and other research organizations may create a JD BioWorks research account through the same registration process used by other eligible customers.

Account Information

The account holder must provide an accurate name and email address and may provide an organization name. The person creating or using the account represents that they are authorized to act for the organization. We may request additional information when needed to verify the account, destination, tax status, or intended research context.

Purchase Orders and Volume Requests

Purchase orders, institutional invoicing, standing orders, and volume pricing are not automatically available. Email support@jdbioworks.com before placing an order to ask whether a requested arrangement can be supported. No special term is binding unless JD BioWorks confirms it in writing.

Research-Use Requirements

Institutional purchases remain subject to the Terms and Conditions, Purchasing Eligibility Policy, Prohibited Uses Policy, and Research Use Disclaimer. Account access does not authorize human, veterinary, clinical, or other prohibited use.
