ACH / WEB Debit Authorization

This authorization supplements the JD BioWorks Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. All ACH/e-Check payments will be made payable to JD BioWorks.
ACH Debit Authorization for Order Payment
Each time I (the customer) place an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the “Place Order” button, I authorize JD BioWorks (jdbioworks.com) to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to my account in the amount of my order from the bank account information provided on the date of my order. I agree that ACH transactions I authorize comply with all applicable law. Payments made after 2 PM Eastern time will be applied as of the next business day. To complete the payment process, I will click the “Place Order” button. Once payment is authorized, there cannot be any changes or corrections. I am encouraged to print or save a copy of this authorization for my records.
ACH Debit/Credit Authorization for Micro-Entries Used for Account Validation
Each time I (the customer) place an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the “Place Order” button, I authorize JD BioWorks (jdbioworks.com) to initiate a one-time ACH/electronic debit and/or credit entry to my account for a micro amount (less than $1) in order to validate the bank account information provided on the date of my order. I also authorize JD BioWorks to initiate an ACH credit or debit to recover the amount of a micro deposit. I agree that such ACH transactions comply with all applicable law. Once I click the “Place Order” button, I cannot revoke this authorization for that transaction. Payments made after 2 PM Eastern time may receive account-validation micro entries the next business day. I am encouraged to print or save a copy of this authorization for my records.
Product and Sale Limitations
JD BioWorks products are sold solely for qualified laboratory, analytical, educational, institutional, basic, pharmaceutical, and test-development research. They are not intended for human consumption, human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, personal use, medical use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding, weight loss, wellness use, resale for such purposes, or administration in or on a person or animal. A customer account, purchaser email, organization, research field, and research-use acknowledgment are required before an order can be placed.
Refund and Return Policy
Research materials are subject to storage, integrity, and chain-of-custody controls. Incorrect, damaged, or missing shipment claims must be reported within 3 calendar days; requests involving unopened items or ordering errors must be made within 7 calendar days. Opened, altered, partially used, improperly stored, temperature-compromised, or otherwise unverifiable materials cannot be returned. Read the complete Refund and Return Policy.
Electronic Consent and Transaction Record
By selecting the required checkout checkbox and clicking “Place Order,” I consent to this authorization electronically and agree that the checkbox, order date and time, order amount and currency, selected payment method, account email, and authorization version may be retained with the order record as evidence of consent. This is a one-time authorization for the submitted order; it is not authorization for recurring debits.
Governing Law and Contact
